INSTALLATION. IF GRASS IS NOT WATERED AND WE CANNOT GET THE STAKES IN THE GROUND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
1. $30 DEPOSIT is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your date. This puts your yard card
in on 'hold' status and can be reserved by someone else if their payment is submitted prior to yours.
The balance is due 48hrs before your scheduled install date.
2. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.
3. PLEASE DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard sign displays. The yard displays WILL NOT safely support
the weight of children/adults leaning, sitting, or playing on or around it. Please discourage all persons from playing
on or around the displays.
4. Please do not move the items from where they were placed.
5. Please do not damage or throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize our signs in any way. You (the renter)
will be responsible for replacing the missing or damaged items.
6. Please protect our yard cards from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, animals, etc.
7. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display.
8. If you have a LAWN SERVICES being rendered the day of install please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.
9. PLEASE WATER LAWN 1-2 DAYS BEFORE INSTALL. If you DO NOT water your grass and the ground is too hard to stake.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
10. Feel free to pose with the signs; however, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground. You assume any risk if you
tamper with the display. You will be responsible for any damage that is done to the yard displays.
LBE and our representatives are not responsible or liable.
11. Inclement weather. Yard cards WILL NOT be placed in inclement weather: rain, snow, sleet, freezing temps etc.
A transfer of date with be offered
By placing an order/booking with LBE, you agree to all policies stated above.
Once the payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email. The display is rented for a 24hour period. It will be setup at the address provided by on or before 7pm until on or before 7pm the following day unless otherwise indicated.
